This platform will assist both the subcontractor and Southcrest Management in providing timely responses during all phases of a project. In order for both parties to fully benefit from this tool, this page is dedicated to ensuring all of our subcontractors are as comfortable as we are using Procore.

Your username is going to be your email address and you can create your password by clicking on the reset password button under the login information.
There are two ways you can download the bid documents. In the invitation email on the top you can click on download files. You can also download the documents from the Planroom in Procore.
- Log in to Procore.
- Navigate to the Company level Planroom.
- Click on the bid package you would like to download the bid documents from.
This reveals the bid package’s Bid Sheet.
- Click the orange Bid Documents button in the top right corner.
Our Project Managers will reach out to you once the bid deadline has expired. Check your deadline on the top of the bid invitation in the blue banner.
Typically invites will be sent out on the 20th of each month and the deadline to send the invoice will be on the 25th of each month.
